These Terms govern access to Empire Acres, including player accounts, founder saves, leaderboards, virtual currency, and support services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Empire Acres, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

2. Player accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and PIN and for activity under your account. Use accurate information when contacting support about an account. We may be unable to restore access when account ownership cannot be reasonably verified. Do not sell, transfer, share, or impersonate another player’s account.

3. License to play

Empire Acres grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The game, branding, code, artwork, characters, interface, text, and other content remain owned by Empire Acres or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

4. Virtual cash and game progress

Bank cash, business revenue, property values, XP, levels, upgrades, achievements, and all other in-game items are virtual gameplay elements. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and do not create property or financial rights. We may rebalance formulas, correct data, adjust unlocks, or reverse progress caused by bugs, manipulation, or unauthorized tools.

5. Leaderboards and fair play

Eligible founders may appear on public leaderboards using their display name and game statistics. You agree not to falsify scores, tamper with requests, exploit defects, automate unauthorized gameplay, interfere with other accounts, bypass access controls, or use developer and debugging tools to obtain a competitive advantage. We may exclude or remove rankings that cannot be reasonably validated.

6. Acceptable conduct

You may not use Empire Acres to violate law; harass others; publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; probe or disrupt the service; distribute malware; scrape private player or owner data; or attempt to obtain credentials, source code, or non-public information without authorization.

7. Availability and changes

Empire Acres is an evolving online game. Features, businesses, quests, balancing, accounts, rankings, availability, and supported devices may change. We may suspend service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We aim to preserve legitimate progress, but uninterrupted access and permanent retention of every save cannot be guaranteed.

8. Feedback and support

If you provide ideas or gameplay feedback, you permit Empire Acres to use that feedback without restriction or payment, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold. Support is offered on a reasonable-efforts basis through the contact page and direct email.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empire Acres is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empire Acres and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, reputation, or gameplay progress arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the greater of amounts you paid to use the service during the prior twelve months or USD $100.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, threatens security or other players, creates legal exposure, or abuses the service. You may stop using the game at any time and may request account deletion through support.

12. General terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement concerning use of Empire Acres and may be updated as the service changes.
